Aliza is a Senior Director at CFSI, focusing on helping financial services providers develop strategies, products, and services to improve their customers’ financial health. She began her tenure at CFSI leading the Consumer Financial Health Study, a major research initiative aimed at understanding financial health in the U.S.  Since then, she has helped providers measure the financial health of their customers and employees.  She is passionate about the potential of financial services to provide tools that enable people to achieve their goals and transform their lives. 

Prior to CFSI, Aliza held a variety of strategy and analytics roles, helping organizations leverage data to tackle business and operational challenges. At PayPal, she was instrumental in propagating a more data-driven approach to product development. In previous roles at a global management consultancy and a digital media agency, she developed product and marketing strategies for mobile and emerging technologies, and led website usability and analytics engagements for financial services companies. She began her career working with community banks to improve the profitability and marketing of their retail product offerings.

When not at CFSI, Aliza is singing with her barbershop chorus or seeking out live blues shows.  Aliza holds an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. in Public Policy from Brown University.
