Jess is a certified teacher with an extensive background in social work. She has over 15 years of experience teaching and counselling adults and children from various cultural backgrounds and socio-economic situations. For over four years she has been working in the Yukon teaching literacy and essential skills along with cognitive behavioural therapy. Her great pride has been being welcomed into the many different First Nation communities across the Yukon to work with their citizens and Elders. Jessica has a Bachelor with Honors in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Education. Jessica's personal philosophy is to help foster everyone to become life-long learners.
