As a Research Advisor at the ESDC Innovation Lab, Monica works on leveraging behavioural science and design thinking methods to improve programs and service delivery for Canadians. In her work, she uses a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis techniques. She has expertise in the areas of psychology, marketing, and behavioral decision research. Before joining ESDC, she worked as a Behavioral Insights Analyst at the Privy Council Office Innovation Hub. Monica holds a PhD in Social Psychology and a Master of Science in Marketing and Consumer Studies
